Give me patience as I reside in a body of flesh and blood, knowing
that flesh and blood does not inherit the kingdom of heaven, nor
the perishable the imperishable, but the physical has to precede
the spiritual.

Things I have learned since last month

To enjoy that cup of coffee, that piece of cake, that minor conversation in
the elevator, that beautiful weather Nature gives us.

To walk looking at people and say greetings when possible.

To stop at the park and watch mothers with their children, the little dog the
man is with, the beautiful cat that stares at me from the sanctity and warmth
of his home.

To say "Thank you" when served and recognize others' good traits.

To appreciate a good book, to read for pleasure not because we want to
"finish this book" by rushing through the chapters.

To BREATH! Yes, BREATH half of the time of "skip breathing rythms" if you
don't believe me just pay attention to your breathing!

To kiss my wife and my children as often as possible. To let my friends know
I care. To visit the infirm in the hospital and let them know they are not
forgotten.

To fill my eyes and senses with the beauty that is around us, the flowers,
the colors of Fall the rainbow in the sky or the rain that brings life around
us.

To accept others and not to worry about why we are not accepted.

To be as positive as possible, to be as greatful as possible, to be as
generous as possible..................
Because

You never know
when is the last time we see each other.

When is the last time I will
be able to say "I love you"

"You are important to me"

"I care about you".

See, Life is very fragile and...
you never know!
